These semi-underground containers, thanks to the different types of finishes, fit into any landscaping and urban setting, while ensuring maximum efficiency in any environmental condition.
Their use is particularly suitable for climatic or geological situations which require great attention to safety and continuity of operation at all times of the year. This advantage, combined with the large capacity of the containers (up to 5,000 liters), allows to reduce the frequency of emptying operations and to organize them based on a signal that a patented volumetric sensor sends to the service provider ("Only Full Collection") .
PULSAR Nature can be equipped with all KGN computer devices for identifying authorized users, weighing the waste, storing and transmitting data to the CodexRSU platform or any other database or data management.
KGN holds several patents on the special features of these containers, which make them unique compared to what is offered by the competition.
The container is made of recyclable polyethylene, rotogravically printed with integrated reinforcement molds that also act as anchoring on the ground. It is dissected in stackable staircases to allow easy replacement of the outgoing part in case of damage.
It is equipped with hopper bottom for recovery of any residual liquids, with platform for application of load cells and external service channel.
PULSAR Nature can be used to collect any type of material (dry, glass, paper, cardboard, organic, etc.). The microclimate of the burial basin and special technical arrangements contribute, in fact, to the reduction of unpleasant smells and the noise of the conveyance operations.
The lid, fixed or openable by means of a practical spring lift, has delivery nozzles for each type of material or with a volumetric limiter. The opening can be controlled by the electronic identification of the user also in conjunction with the weighing of the waste given.
It is the heart of the system, programmed according to the chosen configuration (identification, weighing, volumetric control, transmission). A photovoltaic panel for charging the battery is applied.
Identification and weighing
The reader RFID recognizes the digital code associated with the enabled user and gives the consent of opening the the collection nozzle. .
Detects the fill level of the container and sends the data to the GPRS modem service provider.
Data transmission and processing
The gsm-gprs modem transmits collected data (to server or FTP node) and the CodexRSU database processes information according to management and pricing requirements.
